Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By visiting https://jerseyuniverse.eu/, browsing products, using the shipping calculator, viewing QC pictures, or placing an order, you unconditionally accept these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree, you must stop using the website immediately.

2. Nature of the Service – Important Notice

Jersey Universe is NOT a traditional online shop with ready stock.

We act only as a sourcing and ordering agent. Products are purchased from third-party suppliers only after you have paid the product price.

The website is used exclusively for:

• browsing the catalogue
• placing orders
• viewing QC (quality control) photos in your account
• using the shipping calculator

3. Age Requirements

Browsing the website is allowed at any age.

To place a binding order you must be 18 years or older or have permission from a legal guardian.

4. Ordering Process

1. Add items to cart and place order on the website.
2. Pay the full product price first (payment link sent automatically or via WhatsApp).
3. We order the items from the supplier.
4. When items arrive at our warehouse, QC photos are uploaded to your account.
5. You have 48 hours to check the photos and approve or request exchange/refund (see Section 6).
6. After approval you receive the final shipping payment request.
7. The parcel is dispatched only after the shipping cost is paid.

5. Pricing & Shipping Costs

Product prices shown at checkout are final in ≈99 % of cases.
In very rare cases the supplier may increase the price after we have ordered it for you. If this happens we will contact you immediately via WhatsApp. The difference is always small (maximum +2 €). You can either pay the difference or cancel the item and receive a refund according to Section 6.

Shipping costs shown in the shipping calculator are estimates only.
All possible differences, exceptions and final rules are clearly displayed directly next to / inside the calculator. The exact amount requested after QC approval is the final and binding shipping cost.

6. QC Check, Exchange and Refunds (Only While Items Are Still in Warehouse)

After QC photos are uploaded you have 48 hours to contact us via WhatsApp.

Exchange or refund is possible only in these two cases (and always subject to supplier approval):

1. Proven quality defect (stains, holes, bad printing, etc.)
2. Wrong size received compared to your order

Quality defects are almost always resolved by exchange for the same or an equivalent item (this is the standard solution).
Cash refunds are issued only in exceptional cases and only when the supplier explicitly agrees.

Refund amounts (if approved):

• Quality defect or wrong size → 100 % of the product price
• Changed mind or any other non-defect reason → 35 % restocking/processing fee deducted, 65 % of product price refunded

Already paid shipping costs and optional insurance are never refunded.
Once you approve the QC photos or the 48-hour period expires, the items are considered fully accepted and no exchange or refund is possible under any circumstances.

7. No Returns After Dispatch

Once the shipping fee is paid and the parcel leaves our warehouse, no returns, exchanges or refunds are possible for any reason.

8. Optional Shipping Insurance

Insurance against loss or damage in transit is not included by default. You may purchase it as an extra paid service during the shipping payment step. Without purchasing insurance you accept full risk during transit.

9. Payment Methods

We accept cryptocurrency, bank transfer, and credit/debit cards. Payment links are sent via WhatsApp or automatically.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The new version becomes effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Intellectual Property

All images, texts, and design on the website are owned by Jersey Universe or its suppliers and may not be used without written permission.

12. Limitation of Liability

We act only as an agent. To the fullest extent permitted by law we are not liable for defects, delays, customs issues, wrong sizes, or any problem caused by suppliers or carriers. Our total liability is limited to the product price you paid.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic. Exclusive jurisdiction lies with the courts in Slovakia.
